Works really well got rid of tarnish which some pieces had for many years.

Had already been used
When opened the package it looked like someone else had used the item as the polish cream was dryed up outside of the cap but the cap was secure which was disapointing but overall i can not complain as it polished my grandmas silver cutlery perfect took all the tarnish off and looked new again ready for christmas dinner.

NOT AS GREAT....
I needed quickly some silver polish and relied on the Name .... after all we all grew up with the name of quality .. BUT unfortunately I didn't think much of the results in polishing the silver I found something better ... but won't advertise here another product - simply state, that this product isn't the best ... it is ok for a quick clean ...
