It should, the flex looks very similar to the revolution, and the cover stretches pretty well, works great!

You can probably find these rain shields to purchase direct from the manufacturer, local baby store (BuyBuyBaby), or that well known auction site.

Yes, this rain shield should fit. I bought and used mine once in Disneyland when it forecasted rain before our trip and am glad I had it with me. My two kids were in their warm bubble (not getting wet from the front or sides) because of this rainshield. My wife and I bought the Disneyland ponchos to keep ourselves dry. What also helped to keep the kids comfortable is to pad the bottom of the duallie's seats with blankets. I also used a double wide footmuff which acted like a sleeping bag for my kids' feet at night (regardless of rain or not). I just can't seem to find the name of that double side by side footmuff (7AM?) right now. Needless to say, my kids were always warm, dry, and toasty with this setup. Good luck! Be sure to lay out the rain shield to dry before putting it away so that it won't get moldy or funky smelling.
