Wanted to wait before writing this review. I was very skeptical but wanted to try before hrt’s. Brief history I’m 54 in peri menopause. I may see one cycle every quarter. All symptoms of peri menopause. I would count hotflashes in the middle of the night. I was being woken up 8-10x a night. suffering burning from the inside out. Therefore I wasn’t sleeping, very irritated all day. Coffee mad my moods worse the more I drank to function the more paranoid I became. This cream changed my life!!! It’s been 2 months. No hotflashes! I sleep all night now. If I feel myself start to get randomly hot a rub the cream on my inner thighs, my wrists and armpits. Yes it does burn..I DONT CARE better than suffering with hot flashes. I would definitely recommend.

Wild Yam Cream has a super nice scent that makes it enjoyable to use. It hydrates my skin really well and absorbs quickly, so there's no greasy feel. My skin feels soft and smooth all day. Plus, it helps calm my cramps, which is a great bonus!

Update: Since I wrote this review I have been told by the original company that the product listed here is not the real Anna's Wild Yam Cream. It is bogus. That company also doesn't list all of the ingredients, so I am waiting to find out whether they will send me a list of all the ingredients. Meanwhile, I would suggest Amazon look into this and determine whether this one should be dropped from their site.~~~~~~~After listening to Barbara O'Neill promote this product in several of her training videos, I was eager to try it. I noticed that none of the advertising, even on their website, gave all of the ingredients, but I trusted her and presumed the complete ingredients would be listed on the label.So after spending several minutes trying to get into the container, through unnecessary plastic that came off in shreds and a bar code label covering the ingredients, I see that the box lists only the active ingredients, not all of them. Nothing about what makes the cream a cream, what explains the note that there is soy in the product, which of course could be GMO. Then I open the jar, which does not list ingredients at all and am blasted with a strong perfume scent that instantly made me feel sick, also not listed in the ingredients. Artificial fragrance? Probably toxic? How would I know? So I used my well-validated muscle testing system to find out how my body reacted and my test came up very weak, meaning it would be detrimental to my health. I haven't even tried the product and already I am angry and disappointed, and I do not anger easily.So now I have to go through the refund/return process.I've never written such a negative review, but that's what happens when trust is broken.

Totally stopped my hot flashes. Don’t love the smell but it is highly effective for hot flashes. Goes on smooth and is a great value as you can’t put a price on quality sleep! Looks like all natural ingredients.

I haven't really noticed any changes after using this. I love the way it smells. And the only complaint I have is sometimes it burns my skin if I put it like between my thighs.

Cream is what it says it is

It's fine as a lotion, smells like an old lady but not necessarily bad. Has done nothing that it claims however, won't be buying again.
