The right shoe makes a difference
These shoes are amazing. Two days before I was doing a 10-mile race, I started getting terrible shin splints. I did a bunch of research about my foot type, running form, etc in an attempt for a last-ditch change of something in my equipment and ended up getting new shoes. My research led me to these. Not only are they stylish, but I completed the 10-mile race without feeling a thing in my shins. Very pretty, and the build quality is great. Laces are a bit short, but are stretchy to account for this. Better than having laces jumping around as you run. TLDR- great choice for my foot type, the right shoes make a difference!

No more sore toes and calf tightness!
Support:I have had trouble with my feet ever since a hyperextension of my toes. In my Nike or Saucony shoes my calves would become painfully tight and would have to cut short my walks. My wife kept telling me I needed to try a Brooks shoe. As it turns out, she was exactly right! The calf pain has all but disappeared and at the end of the day my toes weren’t hurting nearly as bad. Adrenalin was the particular style it has extra side supports with nitrogen injected into the soles for extra cushioning! Better than New Balance with personally molded insoles!

MINIMIZES INSTABILITY & BACK/HIP/KNEE PAIN
My husband is 280#, has 4E Flintstone Feet, and is in his third year of rehabbing from a TBI that continues to affect his gait and balance. In comparison to the other brands we tried, Brooks are BY FAR the most durable, comfortable and supportive -- and the Adrenaline is the clear winner for minimizing instability and back/hip/knee pain. Since he wears these shoes every waking hour, I automatically replace them every four months (due to his weight, the support infrastructure degrades long before the soles or uppers show any wear) along with a fresh set of Lock Laces, which are the bomb.

A great upgrade to the GTS23
Well, I wa sad when I found out that the good thing that came to an end was a year running fantastic show in the GTS23. Decided to give these a go and find these to he even better, which surprised me. Different rarely means better in a line of running shoes, but these are an exception to that rule. More comfortable, better support, they seem to have more space in the toe box and the padding on the back around your Achilles seems to be more padded and comfortable.

Perfect if they hold up!
It's a great supportive shoe. I am flat footed, with a bunch of hardware in my ankle. My whole closet is filled with Brooks models, Ghost Max, Glycerin GTS and the Adrenaline. I actually didn't like the last model of Adrenaline. I walk about 15-20 miles a week and I work on my feet 6-9 hours a day. My feet don't hurt after a long day, which is exactly what I look for. This model is also a little lighter than the previous models. The only reason I didn't leave a 5 star, Brooks shoes don't hold up anymore. I only get 3-4 months before they lose there bounce. If they do hold up past that I will change my review.

Well worth It!
I am 76 yrs old and needed a walking shoe that would help me with my foot issues. I have flat feet and need arch support. I have a bad issue with over pronation and have soreness on the outside of my left foot. These shoes were absolutely the solution to my foot problems. For the first time in over a year, I can now walk comfortably with no pain or discomfort. The shoes are suprisingly lite weight and came in an x-wide width which was what I needed. The shoes are a little pricey, but really well worth it.

Use the shoe finder on the website first
I strongly recommend using Brooks's shoe finder before placing an order. There's a short five minute quiz with a few exercises and questions to determine which shoe would fit you best. That is how I ended up buying these shoes. I brought down my mile pace by almost a minute in four days with no training in-between, and I believe this is why. So this part is an endorsement for their shoe finder system. Every shoe is not going to work for everyone. Find something that fits your specific need and you should be good to go.That said, these are exactly what I needed. They fit very well and are very comfortable for what I need them for, which is training for a pt test. I feel a lot more confident now that I can pass.

From HOKA back to Brooks
As a podiatrist, I take my running shoes, pretty seriously. This shoe was comfortable from right out of the box! I have been in 4 pair of HOKA’s (which are great shoes too) but thought I’d try Brooks again.I find that these have great support in the mid foot and plenty of width in the toe box (I bought the 4E) I have always got a 2E but these were on sale. Super comfortable!
