Awesome mat for use in our gym. I use it against our baseboard heaters when I do wall workouts. It also comes in handy when doing arm work while on your back, much better than a yoga mat for me. It is versatile and if using more than one there is thick velcro to attach each to. The quality seems top notch, thick easy to clean and seams are tightly stitched.

Padding is very thick while still not being hard. It’s supportive and had just the right amount of give. I got this to use as a mat on the floor, works well.

This is awesome to add to the playroom walls. Let's the kids have fun without running into the walls and making tons of noise...also helps to keep them from drawing on the walls.Good density on the cushioning. Easy to clean material.

This gym pad is nice and thick with plenty of padding. I'm using it for stretching. I love that it folds in the middle. I do some stretches against a wall, and since this pad folds in the middle, I can use it for cushioning the wall and floor with one pad.

I got one of these for my kids to play with. They are something to jump on and entertain them. This padding is very heavy duty deafly protects them from any kind of collisions well-made.
