These are gorgeous the heart is a beautiful touch. I loved each mug is individually COMPLETELY encapsulated in thick styrofoam containers with FULL PROTECTIVE COVERING. If a mug is broken, it was packed already broken.. there’s no way these can get broken in these foam containers. The mugs are pretty & of great quality, I haven’t check all of them yet but the few I checked were perfect.. hopefully all 36 mugs will be fine. If not I will come update my review. The price point works for me, and it’s worth it because the protective styrofoam containers alleviates the need to buy shipping protection for each cup.. thick brown packaging/shipping roll paper with “FRAGILE” should suffice. That’s a PLUS IMO. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be only using them to buy my heat handle mugs. Love everything about the cups and safety/protection packaging.

They are of very good quality, too bad that they don't come in a nice box...The foam packages and not like I normally get from other vendors. But they are still a great deal for the price.

These are the first mugs that I have ever used for sublimation and I WILL be buying them for my next project as well! Very well packed in individual styrofoam packets and sublimated very well.
