Great
This is one of the best grocery items I’ve purchased in a while. The quality is consistently great, and it’s become a must-have in my kitchen. Whether I use it in recipes or enjoy it on its own, it always delivers in taste and freshness. The packaging is convenient, and it has a long shelf life, which is a big plus. Highly recommend adding this to your regular shopping list!

Love it
I love sprinkling this on practically everything, even popcorn and chips. I like that it's the flavor of Sriracha without being wet

Great value
For one I’d like to say this is a very flavorful spice, but unfortunately a little spicier than I had imagined.

So good, so versatile, such a bargain, so happy, here's a recipe!
Edit:. This is SO good, I'm coming back to share a simple recipe I crafted up, inspired by the sauce I enjoyed on a Ghost Pepper Coconut Shrimp Burrito. It's a great example of the versatility of this spice blend. .1 C Mayonnaise1 T McCormick Sriracha Seasoning1 T Sugar, White, Granulated1 t Vinegar, White(optional) 5-6 dashes of Ghost Pepper Powder (Sonora Spice Company, get it on Amazon, best you'll ever find)Mix all in a bowl, chill overnight to meld flavors, serve on almost anything, seriously. Fries, burritos, fish, onion rings, celery sticks, use it to make tuna/chicken salad. I now keep a squeeze bottle in my fridge (also available here on Amazon)Original Review: Surprisingly good and the flavor is great. Not quite a replica of the "Rooster Sauce", but I'm happy it's not. It has a more complex, deeper flavor that works great with marinades and adds no extra liquid. If you enjoy spicy and complex, give this a shot. A little goes a long way, and even though this jar is a touch spendy, it's an incredible value when compared to the small 2 oz jars

Great ingredient
This stuff is hard to find in stores. Just what my wife wanted.

A local restaurant had this out and I had to have my own
My local Wayback Burgers had this out and I used to douse my fries with it. I'd buy small bottles from the grocery store to get by with at home but they'd only last a month so have finally resorted to buying the big 22oz bottles.Love love love the flavor, BUT, the spices are too big or clumpy to make it out the shaker holes. It needs either a finer grind or larger holes in the cap. Might need some anti-caking agent as well.
