AWESOME!!! I have had sever neck and head pain for almost 4 months!!! NO let up...day or night. Much worse when I would get up in the morning. I tried several "miracle pillows" and none were worth ANYTHING...some made it worse. I ordered this one after first checking the return policy...and kind of had a negative opinion before it arrived. Was "ready to return it" when I opened it up. But WOW!!! It TRULY is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on!!!! I have been duped by soooo many "best ever" things on Facebook this year...best mascara, face cream, lip stain, etc...and am CONSTANTLY returning items. This is amazing. From the first night my sleep was better. It cradles your head and works on your back And sides. I took it on a trip for a funeral in Texas and a friend borrowed it for a night. She work up Fabulous and I woke up sore. It puts your head in the correct angle for sleeping. During this I had an MRI ....severe damage C4-C7.....of course this will not repair it, but I took the pillow to the neurologist and he was impressed. I laid on it on the table and the surgeon acknowledged that my head and neck were in the least stressful angle for sleep. Converted him! Remember the old saying..."Try it, you'll like it!!!"😎

I use a cpap machine. I have struggled with pillows - all kinds from down to foam. None were right. I am a back sleeper and the derila pillow is perfect. I thought it would be too hard. It is not. My hands no longer tingle (go to sleep) when I sleep and my neck hurts less. Would highly recommend.

I like the pillow. it helps to support the neck. I do wish it was bigger pillow, not so small. But the good thing about being small you can actually pack it to go with you to travel if you want. the pillow is very soft and comfortable and has a cooling effect. it does help relief neck pain. i use Muscle Care Pro Massage Lotion by Dr Chris Oswald it really works at helping with muscle tension and inflammation relief in my back and neck and hip. along with the pillow now supporting my head better than the flat pillows that i was using before. id share a video or photo by i really dont know how to do that.

The pillow seems to help *somewhat* - I awake with some neck pain, and the tiredness is abated somewhat, but not to the degree advertised. I think its a good product, but not a cure-all. It DOES help - but not alleviate all issues. If you are a typical side sleeper, then the pillow design may help you less than those who sleep on their backs. For face down stomach sleepers, its uncomfortable to the point of not being useful. Its a bit overstuffed, so maybe it will improve over time as it wears down. also - the high sides make night book reading before falling to sleep a bit of a problem as you have to hold your book very high to be able to see it over the pillow edge...so if you are the type that likes to read in bed before falling asleep? this pillow will affect your routine. Not impossible- but your arm will probably get tired if you hold a hard cover book 1.5 feet in the air for 20 minutes while you read...but maybe you get isometric exercise benefit? Anyways - I thought it *helped* with sleep consistency - but was not a total fix. Overall 3/5 stars. I'm glad I bought it, and for $60, its worth the gain in sleep. Just don't expect it to work miracles.

After the first few nights of using the pillow, I’ve noticed I’ve slept a lot faster than usual, my neck is straight and it’s comfortable than most pillows. The design to place your ear in the center of the pillow is a game changer because it balances all of the weight evenly. It’s cool and not too hot, and being able to adjust the laying of the pillow is nice and easy. My snoring has gone down a lot and has been noticeable from my wife. Will recommend this to anyone with sleeping or snoring problems. Definitely get one!

I’ve been struggling with severe sleep apnea (56 episodes per hour) for 10 years. After failed trials with CPAP machines, I’m now using a Bipap, which has definitely helped things. But the thing that has helped the most is this pillow! For the first time in decades, last night I only woke up once in an 8-hour period and I believe it’s because of this pillow. It’s was extremely comfortable, and sleep inducing. I used to punch my pillows to get them to the right height and position. This is no longer a problem. This pillow is perfect, supports my head at the right angle and makes my sleep much, much better. Try it!

This pillows has helped to reduce the pain that was having in my neck and shoulders, not completely but mostly. This was the main reason I bought, so I am mostly happy. It may take several nights before you get use to it, as I was waking up in the middle of the night and readjust myself on it. Wish it was a little wider. As for the snoring it has done nothing for that, in fact I am being tested for Apnea. Overall, the pillows is comfortable and good firmness, could be a little more cushioned in the middle. Biggest problem is the size, it needs to be wider for the wings to be of any use.

Apparemment MAGIQUE! Mon mari ne ronfle plus et ne fait plus d'apnées depuis qu'il a cet oreiller. Il faut évidemment se mettre bien dans l'endroit indiqué, bien suivre le mode d'emploi mais pour nous il est parfait.

Super Kissen, direkt nach der 1.Nacht keine Nacken und Schulterverspannungen mehr. Ist aber kein Kissen zum knauschen, der Memoryschaum bleibt in der ursprünglichen Form. Geeignet für Rücken und Seitenschläfer, funktioniert auch mit einem normalen Kopfkissenbezug.

Derila Ergo Pillow well worth the money, from the first time using it I slept the whole night, my husband said he didn’t hear me snore once.

I bought this (yes very pricey) a while ago at first i thought i had been ripped off , i still had odd sleep apnea episode and snore loud as much to my husband disapointment ! However what i didnt realise at the time was i didnt have any reflux acid problems ! Only when i had to swap back to my old pillows whilst pillow case on new pillow drying did i realise ! I had herrendous time with sleep old pillows loads of acid attacks ,so changed back to new pillow and thats when i knew it worked this pillow is amazing for reflux and for that reason its worth the money , the coolness also helps to relax .so yes for this reason totally recomend , as for the snoring and non breathing its not working so can not recommend it for this. The pillow is firm and comfortable and does support, takes a while to get used to shape and making sure its in right postion but thats fine. To clarify : 5 star for reflux acid prevention. 3 star for snoring reduction. 2 star for sleep apena reduction. Hope this helps
