Item as described, rec'd promptly, well packed, in new condition. It holds the nitro pill bottle and should hold up better than a similar item, made from aluminum.

Able to carry entire bottle of nitrogen unopened this is important because if the bottle is opened the nitro begins to lose itseffectiveness. I wear it on a chain so it's always with me.

Always nice to find a made in the USA product that has that good old American quality that is so rare these days. This fob is a prime example of that kind of quality. I found that my nitro bottle fit inside just right. As another reviewer mentioned, if you put it in with the screw top up, the top can get stuck in the top of the fob lid. No problem, turn the bottle upside down and viola, fits great. It's a little bigger than I thought it might be, but I'm already used to it on my keychain in just a few days. My doctor's office told me to get something like this, not only to have nitro at the ready, but also because EMT's are trained to look for things like this on your keychain. That's life and death information and nice to know.

Good sturdy container for necklace or keychain to hold my nitro. I thought I was shipped the wrong one because the picture shows a bottle of nitro going in the container top up, but when I tried that the lid did not screw on all the way, so not watertight. I saw on the website that the interior dimensions were the same on several models so started reading reviews. I saw another that mentioned putting the bottle in upside down, and yup it works. picture was just a bit misleading. Great usa made product. Thanks!

MUCH nicer than the (typically Aluminum) containers

Feels very rugged and durable. BUT, it unscrews by itself and my husband's nitro falls to the ground. He has to tape it shut to keep the contents from falling out. Otherwise it's great- exactly the right size for his bottle of nitro. I am not worried any more that the glass bottle will break in his picket. He keeps this on his key ring so the nitro is always at-hand. The only improvement would be to somehow lock the cap in place so it can't unscrew on its own.
