So I am one to poop every 3 days (yeah I know that’s terrible) until I started drinking this! I take is 2-3 times a day .. morning, afternoon, and evening and I literally poop every single day now! Not only do I poop but I POOOOOOOP. The amount of poop that leaves my body is amazing — I never pooped like this prior to incorporating Metamucil.I LOVE the sugar free Orange flavor it’s delicious!I will say the first week and a half I was bloated and gassy but don’t let that stop you. Keep taking the product and eventually that will go away and you’ll be in love with Metamucil 🍊🧡

This has been a life saver. I am able to poop on a regular basis now.And no, it does not make me instantly poop uncontrollable. It actually helps prevent that.

If you over mix it gets gelatinous so drink it quick without over mixing . It tastes really good . Just try and drink as fast as you can for best way to tolerate the texture . This product really helped my issues and I will continue to use this .

This works and is much better than other brands. Other than using this, a small glass of prune juice gets things moving as well.

Don't love the taste. You also have to basically chug it after you mix it otherwise it thickens and is gross. That being said, it works!

Best thing Metamucil did was come out with orange flavor. It makes drinking it much easier.

I loved it so much that since I'm running out of good things, I'm going to buy it. I like it because it reduces my anxiety. I recommend it 100%.
