I tried this originally from a gas station, to cut back on my energy drink spending. Then, I decided to look up this supplement on Amazon. I’m saving a TON of money buy not buying my favorite Reign drinks! These pills are BETTER than energy drinks. I even felt somewhat detoxed after a few days, probably due to the other goodies in the supplement. Guarana is my favorite caffeine, and it keeps me steady. I’m also more able to focus. (I have ADD) My brain is working better.The downside is headaches and occasional stomach pain. I’ve built a slight tolerance, so I tapered a little. Instead of taking the entire packet at once, I take one every so often throughout the day. If I take one right before going to sleep I have VERY vivid dreams. Also, these pills work quickly, within 30 minutes. As far as the stomach pain is concerned, I already know it’s because of the guarana. I have taken guarana before and it has always hurt my stomach, BUT the pain I get from these supplements is nothing compared to what I’ve taken in the past. I think as long as I eat something, I should be ok. Speaking of which, either it was these pills or the new multi-vitamin I’m taking, that seem to have increased my appetite. I’ve had slight weight gain. Not sure which has caused that though.

A former coworker used to swear by this stuff so I gave it a go. It will not give you that wide-awake head buzz that caffeine and creatine give you, but you will have this subtle feeling of being awake somehow lol. Definitely a cleaner stimulant than caffeine and more intense stimulants. If you want that energy drink buzz effect just take them with a cup of coffee and you’ll feel like you drank a redbull lol

I have used this as my "energy" pill/drink/option of choice for YEARS now. The first time I took this, I was driving. It was 4:30pm and I was very tired. I took all three pills in the packet and drove on. Not feeling jittery, feeling awake but not like I was on something, I made it home. 1am came around. I was still not even sleepy. 2am came around and I thought, "What is going on? I usually fall asleep with no issue. I'm not even tired!" Then it dawned on me. GINSENG pills. Those darned things! Since then I have only taken 1 pill of the three unless I am SUPER tired. They are so good for jet lag! 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch.My husband took 3 the other night at around 5. I warned him that these keep you up! He was thinking he'd be fine to go to bed around 10 or so. 12am rolled around and he was like, "You're right. I am not even sleepy...."True. LOVE this stuff!!! No jitters, just feeling naturally awake and alert.

I have tried everything under the sun and these are like magic pills. They kick in really fast , like 10 minutes and boy do they go to work. I take them first thing in the morning, when I roll out of bed. In 10-15 minutes max , my bowels get completely cleaned out, I feel lighter , energized, shower and get my day started. I have tried everything on the market and these are my go to caffeine source.
