Kemimoto products are outstanding, the clear winner over similar and higher priced offerings
There's a lot to like about this jacket from Kemimoto. Style, fit and stitching is outstanding - Kemimoto China-made products are often winners over similar and higher priced offerings from other parts of the world. This is simply a great jacket, good-looking, reasonable heft, sleek. I'm using it in a dual-sport role with differences I appreciate like the streamlined front without bulky cargo pockets, which is preferable for my already oversized belly (I mean, if you already have a big belly who wants belly cargo pockets?), and the extra generous sleeves and a cut that goes below the belt gives full length protection. Medium fits as expected. A refreshingly compelling offering from Kemimoto, unparalleled in this price range, this presents close to a jacket several hundred dollars more with quality far beyond any other sub-$100 offering I've seen. Really feel at home wearing this jacket, design is cheerful and stylish, there aren't too many zippers and snaps and doo-dads to get in the way of just throwing it on and going, liner fits nicely and it's inviting and warm when installed. Fabric appears tough but not the heaviest ballistic shell possible, other jackets at many times this price can feel heavier, but construction is solid. It's advertised to have CE Level 2 armor, but I replaced the back foam with a $20-something offering here on Amazon which confirmed CE Level 2 all around. Bought this for cool weather riding, haven't ridden with it in summer, but without much venting it's questionable how this would do as a summer option. But already having dedicated summer jackets that's not what I bought it for - and the less vents and zippers and snaps to fiddle with, when I don't want them anyway - is preferable for cooler weather. Now, if planning an around-the-world ride with the Long Way boys or preparing for a trip to Deadhorse and back, this might not be everything I'd be looking for. Had been frustrated looking again and again at $700 to $1200 jackets from top-name brands, and all the short-cuts and drawbacks in those foo-foo brands is inexcusable ... and was still preparing to purchase a $700 jacket until discovering it had a junk velcro neck closure - oh brother - I have spent too much time ripping out velcro collars from budget jackets and seeing helmet liners and neck gaiters shredded on cheap velcro neck closures. (Are you listening, you super high-dollar foo-foo brands? - up your game to get your products in line with your sky-high prices) Happy to report this jacket has a simple snap collar: thank you, Kemi. I may still eventually acquire a $700 jacket but the stars will really have to align, and that won't mean this will be any less of a go-to jacket for short / medium jaunts. I ride one of the finest motorcycles and wear one of the finest helmets available so I'm all for spending what it takes to get it right. However, when a high-achieving company like Kemimoto offers Moto and UTV gear with 90+% of the quality at a fraction of the cost I'll go Kemi. As a sharp looking and fitting jacket for most of my everyday needs I'm happy reaching for this quality apparel at this incredible price. Incidentally, have been wearing my new Kemi winter riding gloves and on a two hour ride in the 50s hands stayed warm / comfortable. Finally, owning a variety of different Kemimoto Moto and UTV products, I've found Kemimoto to offer outstanding customer response / service.

Great Warm Jacket
The day after i got this jacket, i took it out for a 4 hour ride the next day in the morning. In Nov, Florida gets pretty cold in the mornings so i was looking for a jacket like this with a liner. All my other riding jackets are mesh for the summer. It was 55 degrees in the morning and with the liner and just a light tshirt as a base layer, i stayed toasty. I didnt feel any cold wind on my body. As soon as it warmed up to 75 degrees in the afternoon the jacket made me a little too toasty..Luckily the liner is really easy to remove so i did that and opened up all the vents so i can stay cooler as it warmed up. The quality is excellent. The ce 2 armor for the elbow and shoulder were easy to install. All in all if you are looking for a warm jacket that can be converted to let cool air in, this is the jacket for you.

Good inexpensive riding jacket
Very generous sizing. I’m a fat guy and took some measurements expecting the jacket to fit snug. It feels very spacious. You can zip everything down. Theres two upper arm snaps, wrist velcro adjustments, and waist velcro adjustments. Very easy to make everything fit well The cold weather liner is comfortable and adds a lot of insulation. Both the jacket and the winter liner have an inside phone pocket. The two outside pockets are spacious. The ce 2 armor fit well into their designated elbow and shoulder pockets. They dont move around and hug your arms pretty well. There is also a foam spine pad, and a foam belly pad. The armor all together makes me feel safer on the road. As a first jacket, its been great. But i would like to upgrade to a tougher material someday. I dont know the efficacy of the terylene during slides. Overall 4/5 stars its a good jacket

Depends on your riding style
It’s pretty warm I guess, unfortunately around 120 mph it feels like you’re wearing a kite. 135+ you have to hold on as it’s feels like you will fly off into the nothing because of how much drag it creates. Plus side; 42 degrees and I was warm @ 135 mph at night. I guess it depends on your riding style : edit; the jacket is pretty decent, I just drive fast and it’s no fault of the jacket. Who rides at 135+ anyway. It’s warm and that’s why I bought it

Well Made
This gear is well made and form fitting. I would recommend buying this before you run out and spend 10x on KLim! Hell try it and return it!

Nice jacket!
Great jacket. Pros: Liner fastens at the cuffs with color coordinated looks & straps. (Black & red) Liner has a chest flap to provide extra insulation. Armor pads easy to install. Looks sharp. Cons: The zipper is backwards. (Zips on the right side. Not the worst thing but is awkward.) The inside chest pocket is covered/inaccessible when the liner is in. Could use another few vents and maybe chest pockets. I am 6ft & 230lbs. Bought 2XL - fits well. I Iike it a bit roomy. If you are looking for a riding jacket - well worth a look, and the money.

A $300 quality jacket for $100
This is a good looking really well made jacket. I generally wear an XL jacket, 5’11 and 195 lbs. and this XL is a little loose. Great for layering. The sleeves are longer and reach the mid point of my hand. The neck cuff isn’t that high, but I wear a neck gator on really cold mornings. I picked the gray color to be more visible on morning commutes. Some of the pictures made it look bright white but it is a nice soft gray. I am completely happy with this jacket.
