PRO 11 WELLBEING Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set with Carry Bag

I have been using these products for some time now and this is my 3rd different brand of set. They get heavy use as I sleep on them, use them for sitting, use them during Reiki self healing and sometimes use them in other relaxation and meditation practices. I suffer from chronic pain in specific areas of my body and Fibromyalgia throughout my body. The latter can flare up and produce a whole range of types of pain, varying in how long they last. Calming the nervous system by stimulating lots of pressure points is beneficial for both pain conditions in my experience. Pain makes my depression and anxiety much worse so controlling and minimising my pain is really important for me, beyond relieving the pain itself. Now I have discovered acupressure sets, I cannot do without them! They are essential to my coping with pain and life in general. I have not had this set for long as it arrived yesterday but, I slept on them last night and used them for Sekf Reiki this morning. They are very effective and meet my requirements well. The carry case - of the same fabric as the mat and pillow -is of good quality, as is the set, at least from what I have observed so far. The spikes are VERY sharp! Mind your hands as you roll he mat around the pillow. I learnt with previous sets that you can puncture the skin on your fingers/ hands it you aren't careful. Even having used these products continuously for almost a year, when you get a new set, it can take you by surprise a bit, especially when you shift position whilst sitting or lying on the mat ! 😅 I have left the 'Comfort' star rating blank as this is effectively a bed of tiny nails! It's not exactly comfortable for new users but, the more you use these items, the more comfortable they end up feeling, so preservere! ✊😏👍This is short term discomfort or pain to gain long term, effective pain relief as well as other benefits. I always find that over time, with heavy use, the foam flattens and the pillow becomes less ergonomic to the body. Hopefully this set will go a long while before this happens.🤞🏽😏👍🏽 So far I rate this set highly. 😊🙏🏽🌈

This mat has changed my life a little bit. My husband said I am much calmer and more relaxed. I liked the idea of the mats but wanted to try the concept of it before I bought one of the much more expensive versions available anywhere between 55.00 and 200 for a set... From the first use, I noticed a difference. I used it at bedtime and found I slept better and with the niggly back and shoulder pain I have improved straightaway, really good if you work at a desk all day. It is a shock to start with but I went in with bare skin right away and really, you do get used to it pretty quickly but you might want a t-shirt on as suggested first, just to get used to it. I have had it for 3 weeks now and used it twice per day without fail, and I don't want to miss a session, especially the one before sleep at night. I love it! I don't think it replaces therapy (but it might, it depends on your problem of course) if you need it but it would be brilliant for use in between appointments for the chiropractor or the osteopath. I then opted to purchase one with lotus flowers on for 55.00 for a pillow, mat, and bag but to be honest I prefer this cheaper version even without a coconut matting inside or a cotton cover. I prefer the circular spikes to the lotus flower arrangement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you want to try acupressure to see if it is for you, then buy one of these mats first, then upgrade if you feel you want a better quality product. I have also bought myself a yoga mat to use on the floor, and at bedtime, I just use the mat straight on the mattress of my bed. I time myself and listen to music or meditation and the most I have got to is 30 minutes, and I haven't fallen asleep on it but I get to sleep quickly after I have finished using the mat. I suggest directly before sleep. I have a zen-like calm now after 3 weeks and seem better able to cope with life and that has been the best result from using it. I haven't tried standing on it yet but that is the next stage I think. Don't hesitate, buy one!! But I do retract.. this is as good as expensive ones.. it is not!

It was a birthday gift and has been great for muscle releases. All I would say is the foam doesn't feel like the best quality. A bit flimsy. Not practical to put in and out of the bag as it is a tight fit, however for the price it's good.

This mat is really great. I can’t believe how effective it appears to be. After lying on the mat for 10 mins I feel totally chilled out & relaxed - to the point of dropping off to sleep, something I never do during the day! It is well worth the money & it’s good quality especially with the foam layer. I suffer from arthritis in my lower back & the pain has eased since using. My partner has tried it due to back pain & he is so impressed that I think he will be buying one for himself - that’s how good it is! The person that invented these mats is a genius. Well done!

Great seller. This mat is great for neck and back pains. It activates the pressure points and releases calmness through your body.

I already own an acupressure mat and forgot to take it on holiday with me so I bought this one for delivery whilst away. Really disappointed as it’s hardly as effective as my current one. It’s ok but if you want deeper more intense relief, this isn’t the mat to buy. I can barely tell I’m lay on it which is a shame.

Amazing product fantastic

I suffer with C-PTSD and chronic fatigue. Nightmares and poor sleep are a common feature in my life and it’s an endless cycle. I was recommended one of these and I can honestly say it’s worth it’s weight in gold! I’ve had it for 4 days and have enjoyed the best sleep I’ve had in years. I lay on it for about 45 mins before bed and once I remove and get into bed I’m out until morning...no insomnia and no nightmares that I remember. The mat itself is thick enough and if I wanted I could put atop my yoga mat. I used a t shirt for first couple of days but now enjoy using without. I guess it comes down to personal preference. Personally I do not find the pressure points in any way painful or uncomfortable. I enjoy how relaxed I feel from using and that I can finally get some quality sleep! That it comes with a pillow and bag is handy. The pillow feels great on head and feet alike. I think this is probably like marmite and individuals will love and swear by or not enjoy and hate. That’s why I chose this particular item, because it was not too expensive whilst having the features of other more expensive brands. The mat and pillow are a good size for me, an average sized adult. All in all I would definitely recommend.
