I had ordered this for my mother in law she has been on bed for a long time . I ordered this with lil confusion Bt when the order arrived and we used it . She is so happy as she can sit comfortably now for longer hours .Best product for best priceQuality is very good and sturdyFunctionality is greatHelps in pain relief

The product build is fine but could not support the patient from sliding to the sides. But the bigger problem is refund. Within 3 days of delivery I applied for refund. It said return process was initiated around 10 April, thereafter no change in status at all. On May 5 I contacted Amazon customer care who asked me to cancel the previous request and make new request for return. As soon as I cancelled my old stalled return request, the platform did not allow me to make new request, saying the date is over. This is something I don't expect from Amazon, being it's regular customer. Now the product is just lying waste with me. Does Amazon not care about customers after sales??

This product is useful only if you are sitting up. It is not ergonomically designed for use at lower angles. It should have either been wedge shaped or softer to allow the back to sink in.Overall the foam is too hard to offer a comfortable experience.Have discarded the packaging otherwise would have returned it.

It is good and helpful in our case. Only very insignificantly heavy for lift and shift but overall smooth and perfect to provide back support.
