Ordered this 6 node smart switch which do not work on powering up, the status led was not glowing, customer support executive asked to replace this with new one, I initiated the replacement order, received the new one and the new device is also defective. having the same problem, LED is not glowing on powering the device, customer support asked to replace it again.But the problem is, now I can't see the option to replace this item in my orders, I have only option to return the item,I think this is because the replacement of earlier order is not yet completed in the system.After a months use:Customer support resolved the issue, and this is my review after using this for a month,it's working really well, i connected to my home assistant server. Every nodes are detected and even gets connected after power cut without any glitch, good thing is it provides options to control the devices both with app an phisical switches, i connected to HA, till now working as expected. Thanks to Tinxy support for providing quick support and resolved all the problems 👍

Product is good . Ther is software issue in it.. I ordered 6 node switch. Node 1 and 2 will on and off automatically.. node 3 and 4us working fine.. node 5 and 6 will on only if we on both the nodes.. and the same wil off even if we off 5 or 6... Total it's a software issue.. hope company will solve if . Am returning the product now.. I think it will take one or two years to develop the good software.. alexa is connecting well.. tinxy software is not yet upto the need . Sharing the device can be done in what's app like other and selected app.. like havels digitap app as an example..

UpdateI would like to improve star rating from 1 to 3, but would do 4 purely because of the great service provided by tinxy team.Since my last review, the support team got in touch with me to resolve the issue. Long story short1) It doesn't work with my router and satellite ( RBR 40). I am not sure if it will work with other advanced routers or not2) To get it to work, I enabled the wifi ssid broadcast from my jio router. It was disabled till now because all my wifi connections are managed by RBR40. So the jio router wifi exclusively works for this switch and nothing else. It's not the ideal solution, but it is what it is.So I have been using this for about 4 months now.- installation by electrician is easy- online guides are perfect- alexa integration is perfectThe big problem is, if the router is off for 15 minutes, the nodes basically needs to be complete reset.If you just do a normal reboot of router, all is good. But as soon as you switch it off for any duration longer than 15 minutes, the nodes cannot connect to wifi againWhich means, you need to remove the electricity board completely, and reset the node.Which in turn means; that the new connection post reset is a "new" connectionOnce you reset it, you have to create alexa routines all over again. I have 10 nodes it total. Just one reset is an absolute nightmareI really wanted to recommend this, and use it even more for other rooms. But unfortunately cannot. It's just not viable.

I have installed this product a month ago and it's been working so far so good. I had actually ordered 3 different types. One 16amp & one with four nodes, but sadly both had some software related issue and I had to return them. The 6 nod works perfectly and I loved their Customer service, especially through WhatsApp video call they gave assistance and even i got a feedback call later on. It's good to know it's an Indian product. I have even tried to switch on and off switches from abroad and it works seamlessly. I was just upset I had to return two products due to technical issues. Always advisable to get an electricians help that doing it ourselves. The app is easy to use as well and we can get it connected to Alexa. I'll recommend buying it.

returned my Tinxy Smart switch device which was not performing well , but later on I discovered I was not able to pair it with my device, and now after talking to their support team I am able to figure out the problem

Ease of installation , best product to buy for home automation.
