Very good as a binding flour
Very good as a binding flour. I add a teaspoonful of this to the batter for fritters and they never break while frying.

Disappointing product!
This is just ground rice flour, it has not been ground properly, so one needs to sieve it before using.

It does not replace maida. It is simply superfine rice flour.

Not to expect more
This product does not any where behave like real maida . Difficult or rather impossible with it's dough to make samosas or other like items.
