There are other picks but this one does the trick.
I have seen people use other picks but we can't talk about that because others might prefer other picks. I use this pick and I find it silky smooth on the strings. You can pick individual strings without a problem. Great for a gig and for different genres of music.

I use this thin, soft yet reasonably grippy plectrum for my acoustic guitar shows because it provides a great twangy sound as the flex kind of plucks each string for me. This flexibility also softens the blow when I get excited and strum hard (I'm doing solo acoustic versions of 90's skate punk songs, so sometimes very high energy), resulting in less clack and tuning issues than if I use a harder pick. These do wear out faster than a thicker pick, but slower than a cheap plastic pick. For shows usually I go through one pick a show (90 minutes), for rehearsal more like 1 people for 6 hours of rehearsing. Besides wearing out the sharpness of the picking radius, they get more soft and flexible with wear, so I like the shows to use new picks for just the right stiffness and a sharp attack radius.
