Good book

Received on time. Thanks to Amazon.

Great for someone who is interested in advanced physics but definitely not for someone who doesn't have crystal clear basics.But I could definitely say that it's a very good book for people with deep interests in physics and want to learn new things. But not for JEE some very advance concepts which are not for use in jee.But you could definitely use it as a reference with hcv or any other books you use to build concepts.But not to be used directly to read any concept. This is really good for olympiad approach.As to say of questions you could use "Problems in Physics".

I have purchased this book for my engineer husband. Comments are from him.It's not a book for beginners ! You must have a reasonable level of understanding on vectors and calculus. Which is off course true for any branch of physics. This book is basically for honours graduate and engineering students and JEE aspirants. Clear your concept from NCERT books and then study this book. But stick to syllabus. I personally feel this book is must for every Bsc physics andelectrical engineering students.

The good is but I expected it to be more thick, I mean I thought it would be not for beginner.

Don't listen to anyone who refers to this book as not good for competitive examinations. If you have developed a clear concept, this book will magnify your understanding to a whole another level.Unlike every other preparatory book for AIIMS/Advanced, the way this book has been written is outstandingly different. To attain conceptual mastery in electromagnetism, after preparing from NCERT and a good book like Concepts of Physics, you must turn to this book. However, be warned. Stay with your syllabus throughout.
