Best Brake Pads I've Ever Used
In the world of motorcycle parts and accessories, there are as many opinions as there are people. If you need any proof, simply go onto any motorcycle forum or page and ask which oil is best. You will unleash a maelstrom of comments and even spark some arguments. Brake pads often have the same effect so this is just my opinion based on my experience (over 30 years riding), my bike (2015 Harley Road Glide Special) and my riding style (long distance touring and semi aggressive cornering). I have tried other brands in the past but always come back to these. They are a sintered pad which means they are made of a metallic compound bonded to the backing plate. Traditionally, sintered pads had the drawback of being noisier than their organic compound counterparts. I'm not sure if EBC has done something new, or if it's just my personal threshold for what noise I will tolerate from a brake pad, but these pads are the quietest metallic pads I have ever used. They also have a phenomenal life expectancy. My bike weighs about 1,000 lbs. with my tour pack, more when I'm loaded down for a trip with my luggage and wife, and I often have heavier braking situations to stop all that mass, yet I still get over 30,000-ish miles out of these, at least in the fronts. My bike has linked braking so whether I touch the rear brakes or not, at speed the bike's computer is applying the rear brakes even if I don't touch the pedal. Consequently, the rear will wear out about as fast as the fronts (give or take). They do take a little bit to break in, but nothing too bad, and they take a little longer to warm up when riding but, again, nothing you'll likely notice. I would definitely recommend these pads, particularly if you go long distances and if you want lots of braking power. It's been so long since I've tried organic pads that I can't really compare how much noise these put out, but these don't bother me.

Nice reliable brake pads.
Have ordered these once a year for the last couple years. Have had no issues at all, great product.

Fits my 2017 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited
*Update April 10, 2023. This is the 2nd time I've bought these for my 2017 Ultra Limited. I use my bike on a daily basis for commuting to work. I drive roughly 50 miles a day, 5 days a week. Mostly highway miles. I originally installed these brakes around May of 2021. They lasted for a good amount of time. Today, I just installed the replacement for the exact same EBC front brakes. See the picture for how it wore for 2 years. The rear brakes are still really thick and I usually use both front and rear brakes when stopping. I did not change my rear brakes as they were still good. So the 3rd set of brake pads I'll save to install in the future. These brakes do NOT come with replacement caliper screws and retention pin. You'll either have to reuse or buy some somewhere. Original review: They fit on my 2017 HD Ultra Limited. They have great stopping power. I ride in Washington's rainy roads and they perform great. They do have that cicada noise when I apply the brakes (I had to YouTube it) but they are not unbearable and not too loud. It's definitely not louder than my exhaust or any exhaust for that matter and I run Tab BAM Sticks Zombie Baffles. These brake pads do not come with the pad pins but you can either reuse your pins if they aren't messed up or order some online for $6 a pin. These are a great value for the price. I would definitely order them again. I am very pleased with the performance of these brakes. I don't care that they do have some very, very minor brake noise when I apply the brakes.

Cost
Haven't opened yet but. Liked it was complete set front and rear. Cost compared to dealer is good and came sooner than estimated.

Better than OEM
Prefer these pads overe OEM pads. Less dust and improved braking.

Great replacements pads worth the price.
Great breaks single or two up. I did replace all the pad pins with new ones. I cleaned the calipers with diluted down Simple Green and only added grease on the rears pads as what was recommended by my local MC shop. Took a tooth pick and used it to add very very thin layer of grease on where the calipers make contact on the rear. I used break cleaner to clean the rotors and flushed both rear and front break. I get zero sound for these breaks and they feel great. If you’re replacing your breaks already a little prep work goes a long way. I feel they function just as well as the oem to me. Will use these again no question ask.

Not bad, not bad at all.
Thus far, a good set of pads for a decent price. Yes, they're easy to install, but that's Harley design not just this particular product. These sinterned pads do "sing", especially on break-in, but after a hundred miles or so, they're not a problem. They do provide a good, firm feel and vice-like clamping power. Definitely better than organic pads, imho. My one complaint, I do wish they came with replacement retention pins, as Harley identifies these as wear items. Other than that, great pads!
