Perfect for steal doors
Fits Perfectly, very heavy duty

Much better quality than i expected at that price.
This is an actual commercial grade door lever, I was suspicious since the price was a lot less than a Sargent or other common product. Not necessarily something you want to install around the house.

Cost less does the same job
Cost 3/4 the price and just as durable. Bought for the condo I property manage maintenance staff

Instructions unnecessarily complicated, handle seems fine
The handle seems pretty sturdy and relatively mechanically simple on the inside, compared to other handles I've installed, but boy are the installation instructions very difficult to follow despite really not being very many steps. I bought this to replace a Schlage commercial handle that lasted 20 years in a very high traffic area, and it installed perfectly without needing to drill any new holes, which was nice. I won't know if it holds up for another decade or so, hopefully, but it seemed durable when I put it together, everything fit together nicely when it was done. My handle was a passage, so I can't speak to the quality of any lock mechanisms. The only really notable item is that it's a much lower profile, in terms of how far it sticks out of the door, than almost any other handle of its type that I've used, which does take some getting used to, but will probably help it's durability in the long run, since it'll have less leverage against it during use. Overall would consider buying again, though perhaps not for such a high traffic area as that low profile makes it a bit harder to open than I would have preferred.

Perfect replacement my for Hager that broke
Had a handle break on a Hager. This was a dead simple drop in replacement it’s hefty, feels well built. Took 5 minutes to swap out the handle. Excellent value.

Turn up crap
I’ve been a property manager for many years, and I’ve never come across a lock this bad. The whole mechanism is overly complicated, the instructions don’t even match the model—they’re for a completely different one—and there’s no YouTube video or resource to help. This lock is pure crap. Don’t waste your time or money.

Exactly as described. Super easy to install. A monkey could do it. Seems stronger than residential hardware.
