It seems to definitely do the traction like it says, it seems to pull more so on your lower back and then to the cervical area first before pulling traction on your mid back so the mid back does not really get traction if this is what you’re seeking, this contraption is not meant for a big person, It is good for petite people.

Great value. Comes with tools for assembly. Definitely a little clumsy feeling when you’re setting it up, but it works well to help my spine. Do not recommend if you have a hard time getting off the floor because it is low, and do not recommend for over 6 feet tall. I am 6’ even and have to extend the ankle clamp bar to the final adjustment hole. Everything is very cheap feeling, nothing cushy or luxurious, but it is cheap and it works.
