This vacuum head works great for keeping my pool clean. The weighted design keeps it on the bottom, and the half-moon shape with bristles makes it super easy to reach into corners and along the edges. Updated: changed to 4 stars from 2 stars. This product performed well and cleaned the pool as described. Still not happy with the lack of instructions as stated below.. Haven't even used it yet and only giving 2 stars base on it's not assembled, and doesn't come with instructions. Why can't the lever and spring already be attached? Had to look at other reviewers pictures to figure it out. Here's some pics, hope it helps the next person. If it performs well in the pool, I will increase my star rating, but super frustrating right out of the box.

First I should say I'm 70 and female, I think that's important to know what's behind the pole too. I have a play pool 18 x 35 and about 5' deep, so no deep end to deal with. This only has brushes that go around the outside edge of the unit. It's wieghted so you can even hold it against the side walls and it stays put too and also constructed of durable plastic. I just popped off my pool brush and popped this on, added my pool sweeper hose and turned the skimmer off so all the suction went to this little guy and began just pushing it around the pool and it sucked up everything on the first pass. It did take some muscle for me to get it to move in some places (I think some areas of my cement are a bit rough from deposits) and combined with the fact the suction value was fully open on high might also made it harder too (I'll try turning it down a bit next time), but it sucked up every bit of the dust/dirt from the wind and leaves no problem. I have a Hayward pool sweeper that was not working and I had ordered parts, but I didn't want to wait and let the stuff sit on the bottom of the pool and chance it staining like before (had it acid washed, change filters and start up chemicals for 1500.00). This unit comes from Amazon directly and being a prime member I got it next day delivery! All this for this low price during inflationary times, that's pretty awesome!

This vacuum head is great! The spring action helps keep the head firm against the wall of the pool as well as at the bottom. The hose fits snug to the head. I highly recommend.

Great vacuum head - the dog chewed our old one and we like this product better than the one we bought at the store to replace it

I attached my tube to this product and unfortunately, it broke my tube. Which made it useless and now I need a new tube.

Super easy and efficient vacuum. Wheels are far superior to the old brush type system and suction is great..... Very effective and easy to maneuver.

Works great and connects to any pole/hose. The weights in the vacucme help it glide easily along the bottom of the pool.
