Good product but damage box

Value for money, but thin wooden handle.
I am a professional Physiotherapists so I have seen some of the best products in the country. Not a perfect and professional product, but for home use this is very good shoulder wheel. The tension strap is really of a very high quality. The chrome is bit rough if you observe nicely but that doesn't matter with treatment at all. I just didn't like the handle. It is thin and made of unpolished wood. Not what as shown in photos. I need to change the handle myself. Overall it's value for money product.

Total Value For Money
Fabulous Product! I was suffering from severe pain both due to Tennis Elbow & Frozen Shoulder. Now I have recovered fully only after using the equipment just for a week. Yes, it is value for money & very simple to install & use.

Screw missing
Screw for one of the clamp is missing. Common! Atleast ensure to have some quality control before dispatching . And not clear what is the use of the additional small handle.
