First of all, compare these ingredients to the much higher priced Humapro or REAAL. Half the price, same effects. I love this! Mixes well without any grit, tastes great, and works fantastic. Less soreness and nice gains for me - as usual, individual results will more than likely vary but for me I am on my third container and will continue using. Highly recommended.

Taste wasn’t all that great but it gets the job done I guess. I should have gotten another flavor. It mixes we well though.

I think this is great for some extra hydration but the flavor was not my favorite and I do wonder why they are so colorful, it seems like maybe some unnecessary ingredients. It does dissolve excellently without needing a blender ball or anything. My favorite flavor is the blueberry acai but I have trouble finding that one often.
