Bad product..do not buy it.display stopped functioning in 20 days
I purchased this product and within 20 days the display touch screen stopped functioning although the watch was functional.support team said that the watch was immersed in water and warranty is void. They said that even slight contact with water will make the warranty void and the display will have to be replaced for a cost. Absolutely disheartening and a very poor product. I had recommended this watch to my sons friends but will cease to do so..please do not buy this product

Beware of the watch - very susceptible to water damage
The watch remained functional for barely 3 months., The basic problem is that you have to turn it face down for charging as the charging points are located at the back and are a magnetic attachment which is quite loose. As a result the touch screen is very susceptible for the damage. The small red dot on the sim card cover is the indicator for water damage. Problem is even the slightest bit of water on the table will make the watch non-functional.

Charger is a major issue
Decent product. Charger is a magnetic one, unless kept properly it’s slips off the contact point. If you lose the charging wire the product becomes useless. A simple charger would have been better. Other watches come with simpler chargers that are available easily in the market

Bad quality Battery
Within one month from the purchase of the item, the battery found defective. And company replaced with a new watch. But after using it for some months the battery problem again started. Battery back up, recharge time, holding capacity is very bad. Most of the time network issue was there.

Product is good but service is pathetic.
Product is good. Generally the charging chord pin gets damaged because of its proprietary design.Regarding this I contacted MySecureKid support. No response. The problem is you will not get the charging chord outside.Without chord the product becomes useless.

Worthless
Works only with 3g airtel card, 3g is discontinued long back, this compatibility is nowhere indicated in product or description, could not use at all.They should be transparent about this or just want to clear old stocks.

It's good only till the time you don't face any problem with watch.
Very poor after sale support. No one picks up phone. Once someone picked up, said I have left the company.. You can't go anywhere to get the glitches fixed

Not good..app do not work Waste of time
Flimsy watch,charger is loose,app do not work,can break anytime...Such a waste of time following with the call center and fixing the issues...really wasted 1 day...
