I’m very happy with this steam cleaner. It’s powerful and removes tough dirt using only steam, no chemicals needed. I love that it comes with many attachments, making it very useful for bathrooms, kitchens, floors, furniture, and more. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and feels well made. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

It steams consistently but it also leaks hot water through the process of steaming more than not. I usually have to catch with a pail if possible or the floor gets soaked when I'm working on verticle surfaces. Using it on the floor itself is just a mess of hot water getting everywhere. It definetly steams and the tools make the steam come out at different velocities for different purposes. The window cleaner fuction is very effective at grime and dust build up. Same with the small steam head with the fabric band. Its good with counters and walls. The small nozel heads leak a lot and its hard to gauge if I'm not just cleaning with hot water over steam. The adjustable strength settings are interesting, not noticably different in use though. Over all the materical quality is high ranking, it takes some adjustment to hold the steam tank while using it and its quite light weight. Which makes it easy to carry while also means it is very easy to push it off a counter or table. It cuts stains, dissolves dirt and grabs any sticky residue that woyld have taken lots of scrubbing. I wouldn't use it regularly on vynl flooring as it will deteriorate the protective layering due to the heat and moisture combined. Same with my chipped paint doors and the brittle wood lining on the walls. None of the cheap materials that make up my apartement can handle or be salvagable with any deep thorough cleaning. They will just have to rot as they were designed to do. But the wrapped counters and screen doors and window sils that aren't falling apart are fair game and clean really well with steam!

I’ve tried a few steamer mops over the years, and this one stands out immediately. The handle is solid and hefty — none of that flimsy feel where you worry about breaking it if you set it down too hard. What I really love is the versatility. Whether I’m cleaning and sanitizing the floors with the mop attachment or tackling a stubborn stain on the couch with the handheld tool, this steamer handles it all. In fact just this past weekend my wife took it to my parents house and she tacking a pair of expensive curtains that had staining from water damage, which my mom was planning on throwing away! In less than 20 minutes my wife had those things looking BRAND NEW and did it all while they hung in the place. There are over 20 attachments included, which I probably won’t use them all, but it’s great knowing they’re there if needed. The tank is generously sized, so I don’t have to keep stopping to refill, and it heats up the whole thing to nearly 250°F in just a few minutes. Overall, it’s a well-built, powerful, and extremely versatile cleaning companion that makes both floor and surface cleaning a breeze.

I followed the directions and used distilled water. I thought the overall function was wonderful and it did a good job cleaning. I did think the cloth was hard to put on the end of the wand and it kept falling off because the mechanism to hold the cloth in was too loose. I cleaned it out as instructed put new water in for the second time and it did not provide any steam. I must have received a defective model. Will be returning. Three stars for defective.

Absolutely LOVE! This is one of my top favorite cleaning purchases! I use it to sanitize my floors, walls, showers, counters etc. super easy to use the different attachments. Heats up in about 5minutes and then steam cleans for quite awhile. Does a great job getting tile and grout clean in my shower and also cleaning windows and floors. If you are trying to get away from using cleaning chemicals this is a great way to do it!

I bought the larger size. It is sufficient for reasonable tasks. I wouldn't get the smaller size but for large scale jobs ... probably would want a larger one. It's manageable and easy to use. Deep cleans and simplifies tasks that would otherwise take longer. Definitely use DISTILLED WATER to decrease calcification. Does a good job so far. I wanted an entry level model to try. Good heat level, value and easy to handle.

Product worked great the first time, until we lost a part and tried to get a new one with the company customer service. They never got back to us, leading us to have to get a new one with Amazon. The one that then arrived as a replacement was broken inside the packaging. We won’t be getting another one of these.
