Inconsistent Quality!
After I had written a review complaining about the inconsistent quality of this excellent product, I had received a mail from the seller expressing their apologies for the difference in consistency. They even offered to exchange the product at their own cost. Since I had already started to consume the product and there there was no difference in quality from the previous supplies, I did not respond. However, two days back the seller had sent me a pack of the product. It was good of the seller to do so, and I am happy and appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The cloves are uneven interms of size and freshness
I recommend it as a vfm pack but the quality is not even in terms of size of the cloves and freshness. Needs to improve the uniformity.

"This is all about convenience. It doesn't have the intense bite of fresh garlic, but for busy weeknights when I'm making a quick stir-fry or soup, this is fantastic. The texture is fine, and the flavor is mild but present. Just remember to use a little more than you would with fresh!"
