Burnside9803 Micro Fiber Cargo Short - Khaki - 34

I will start this out by saying I have ordered these shorts several times as my keys eventually eat the pockets. I loved this shorts as they are light fabric and easy to move around in. When I purchased a new pair this last time, I repurchased them through the old purchase selecting the option to buy again. The process seemed off as they only offered size 38 and I am a 34. I typically buy 36 as I like a little breathing room. I figured most clothes I buy online comes a little small so I figured the 38 would be fine. Made the purchase and received the shorts. Immediately realized the shorts style had been changed as there was now a bright red stitch pattern on the inside of the wait area. I then noticed several other small differences like the button. Overall they looked the same. The strangest part was the 38 barely fits me and the new stitching at the waist seems less giving. The shorts are wearable but they just don't feel like they use too. I more than likely will not be buying another pair after thisUpdate: The zipper broke on what I thought was my last pair but had found an additional pair of these shorts I had bought last Novemeber (2020). I have been so busy with work as an essential worker that i haven't had time to search for more shorts so I ordered 2 more pair to have in the meantime. I am already completed regretting my purchase and wish I just took a chance on some different shorts. This is only my second time wearing them and there is a hole where the zipper is stiched into the shorts (pictured). 2 shorts and 2 zipper related problems. The shorts are both good otherwise but a broken / malfunctioning zipper makes them useless. I had another pair from about a year ago that also had a zipper problem.I will definitely never buy another pair of these shorts again. I could have inspected them better when first got them but I usually just make sure they fit and pockets / zipper work. I never expected to find this type of issue on brand new shorts. I will probably end up buying different shorts and returning the new pair I bought. At this point I already know I am getting a cheap quality pair with this purchase, can't be any worse going with someone else shorts

Old pair I had I loved so I got the same exact item model number. However they were not the same. Made in Bangladesh. People there must not have much in their pants or pockets. Both of those areas were way to small compared to old pair. Stuff in the top pockets constantly falls out. The size for my waist ran a little small and the legs were tighter and shorter than old pair. As long as your not doing too much activity they are still comfortable and not restricting. The material is good for being summer shorts. I do like that.

My Burnside shorts were easily one of my favorite pair of shorts. My old ones had provided me with years of service and where showing some wear so I decided to order a new pair. The new ones of the same model have a similar overall design but the new size 34's fit more snug, like a sim fit, the front pockets are shallow and things can now fall out and the fabric is not as durable. Shame, they had such a winning formula with the previous design. Two stars for downgrading what was a winning design.

The waist is actually loose on me, but is tight around the butt and crotch. If your skinny in these areas, you'll be fine, otherwise, look elsewhere.Material feels nice, but they don't feel substantial in anyways. I doubt I'll use them much. Even if I loose weight, they'd just sit too low.First time buying cargo shorts I've never tried on through Amazon, not hugely impressed.

These shorts are well made and will look great on any guy. Unfortuanately, they weren't the same style as shorts we ordered in the past with the identical RN# on the tag. We are unsure if they changed the material or the cut, but they didn't fit the same, so we returned them. If you or your guy has thick thighs, the leg openings seem a bit smaller than other cargo shorts the same size.

Bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. They are so comfortable that he wants more in other colors. The material is very light and he can move around freely. My husband is normally a waist 31. I bought these in a 32 and am so glad I did. They fit perfect.

Great fit. Super comfortable. Lightweight but durable. Probably buy two more pair, one of each color.

My waist is 33 inches, but they only have 32 and 34. I ordered the 34 which is loose.
