HHA Lens Kit X - 4X

So, this is a tentative review.....I don't even have the bow yet that this will eventually be mounted on.....BUT, I mounted the lens in my old Optimizer, and held it at draw length. Sight picture looks clear.Peep sights....It's all 'bout the peep sights. I'm running a 1/8", which everyone tells me is 'too small's for hunting. Truth is, 1/8" is the UPPER limit that I would use for this sight. Narrow it down, and lose the slip

Doesn't magnify as much as I thought it would. 4x is not 4 times magnification, you can find charts online that pending on your draw length will give you the effective magnification.

this lens has really help me improve my shooting. i wear glasses and my sight is not what it once was. i can now see the target center a lot better. i am thinkning of get the 6x just for target pratice, because i think it might be too much for hunting if you are under thirty yards.

Good concept for fading eyesight but 4x didn't work for me. Very blurry, was told from HHA I would have to add a clarifier in peep to correct the blur or step down to the 2x which may not need the clarifier.

this lens does magnify the target, however not without some distortion. really have to be cognizant of pin and target position. mixed feeling so far. will update as i learn more. it has potential. maybe a peep site clarifier
