Its not white sesame, after remove the outer part of black sesame its shown brown.

Excellent health benefits
I use this for health benefits. Sesame seeds is known to have more calcium than milk! So I grind the seeds into a powder and bottle it. I have two tsps of it in hot water with grounded one tsp Flax seeds and qtr tsp haldi powder.
