Best pine pollen option on Amazon.
This stuff is stellar. I use bee pollen (mixed into yogurt) as my daily multivitamin and this pine pollen is a quick 'pick me up' when stirred into organic fresh juice. The flavor on its own isn't great, but it is tolerable, mixed into juice it's pretty decent. This mixes well and works as well as all the other pine pollen products I've used. Don't read into the 10x potency stuff, perfect otherwise and exceptional value for money

milky, vegan, close by to where I live, cheapest health
I accidentally ate too much of the powder by itself to try it out - but it wasn't a worry - the taste didn't bother me. It really does blend well - and is like a replacement for milk for me. I use it for leg circulation after finding out in my vitamin pills. Well let me just say that it really works! Just after 2 days of use too. I like this brand compared to the others on Amazon, because it's in the US, right near LA, and also all their products on their website are vegan. Not 100% sure if they only handle vegan products, but that's a good sign - I'd rather have a company that's fully vegan handling my vegan products than anyone else. I use it in combination with these for a meal: preferably real oj, but freeze dried OJ powder is ok - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09GBNKHVB?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details NutriBiotic – Mixed Berry Rice Protein - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00014DRN2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details Pine Pollen - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MDLP29M?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details red berry opowder + prebiotics (KaraMD Revive Reds) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0774ZT2H9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details COQ10 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B098ZW1BLM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details vegan collagen production - via bamboo - https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Organic-Antioxidants-Probiotics/dp/B09KCLK45F/

Pine Pollen 10:1 extract. Does anyone understand what an extract is?
The product is good and is very potent. It will seem different than others because this pine pollen is an extract. Its not concentrated powder that has a pungent pine smell as a result. Read other reviews here stating that it was sawdust, or it is mixed with corn starch, was cut with another powder, didn't smell right, and didn't mix well....so it must bad. Shaking my head because an extract is, just that. Same as they would do with a mushrooms extract or Vanilla extract, etc. At least learn about that before posting your personal opinion acting as if you are an authority on the subject, rather base it on fact instead of being ridiculous. Seriously. When they crack the wall of the cell it releases they components that become bioavailable. They then create an extract which is more potent than just by itself. They heat it slightly in water to draw out the nutrients, same with mushrooms or even similar to how we extract tea, and then the liquid mixture is dried. Usually freeze dried into a powder by removing the moisture because, that's what freeze drying does, and then the powder is now an extract more potent than the original pollen by it self. So you use less, it's more potent, it keeps longer, and it retains the natural oils as well. This is why it doesn't mix the same as normal pine pollen and the benefits from an extract far outweigh the normal stuff. We all have a smart phone or computer so maybe putting it to use before writing ones opinion stating it as fact would be helpful before leaving a review? Reminds me of those with same issues in politics, but i wont go there. LOL

Helps with low testosterone. Natural alternative to pharmaceuticals
It's estimated that 10 grams of plain cracked pollen contains 0.8 micrograms of testosterone. This is a 10:1 extract. My husband (52yrs old) has been taking 3 2.5 gram scoops three times daily. Within less than a week he didn't have to take a nap as soon as he got home from work. Hes been taking pine pollen for about 6 weeks now. The Longer you use it the more it helps. In case you are wondering Pharmaceuticals aren't an overnight fix either and have harmful side effects. A couple of times he did nap a few hours after work for about an hour and half but he had an especially hard day at work. I do recommend it. Its very nutritional as well with other benefits than what I mentioned here. It does seem to help lighten heavy menstrual periods as well. Women can take it also but keep in mind it does contain testosterone. I have noticed an energy boost from taking it. And I have to tell you most things advertised as giving you energy such as cordyceps&ginseng (I've tried both in every variation known) dont really work too well. Ginseng does if you buy the quality expensive stuff.

Something has gone wonky with this product...
When I ordered the first 4 bags of this a couple months ago, the product was very fine, like you seen pollen falling from trees. Dusty, light, mixed well. The last 4 bags that I've ordered here have looked like Bisquick when I opened the bag, mixed terribly, clumps up, and has an insanely strong pine, almost wood, taste to it. Are you all cutting this with sawdust or something?
