I needed a shelf liner that was waterproof to store glasses & liquor bottles in an antique china cabinet. I wanted to protect the wood shelves and finish, and to keep the bottles and glasses from sliding around. This liner is perfect, easy to cut to size, stays put without adhesive, waterproof (unlike some of the "mesh" type liners), and the black color works well with the dark cherry stain of the wood. The black color liner is a "ribbed" design, depending on the color selection the pattern is different, not sure it makes a difference, but it might based on some of the comments.

I wanted to set up a small fish tank in my office. I also have a small, desktop, hydroponics garden I wanted to set up as well. My concern, water getting on the office furniture. I ordered this roll of shelf liner so I could cut it down to fit under the tank and garden. It worked great for my needs. I used a yard stick and razor knife to cut a straight edge on the liner Put the new "mats" under each item If I have an occasional drip or small spill, I don't have to worry about the furniture, I just wipe it up and I'm good to go. I have some liner left over so I'm sure I'll find a few other projects to use it on.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but seems like it’s good stuff definitely pleased with shipping got here on time with no issues

too large for our cabinets so i haven’t had the chance to cut this roll and use it but, it is very similar to version (design is slightly different and it is bigger) i got on vine that we used at our previous house and therefore will be great too. it was easy to cut & also trim in areas it was needed.. cleans up well and containers do not slip but, do not get stuck when you pull them out either..
