This works super well. It's super gentle and didn't cause me any pain like every other laxative has. Im very excited I found this after many many years of issuss. Works well with stool softners as needed.

Warning: I’m about to tell you my painful experience that left me traumatized.Unhealthy food got me constipated. I’ve never taken laxatives so I search for the highly rated pills available. I took three pills at night and at 4 AM and all of a sudden, I started cramping. Within 30 seconds, I rushed to the toilet. I was expecting an explosion but that didn’t happen. Within the minute, the pain went from a level 5 to a 10 in intensity. The pain was so sever, I could no longer sit in the toilet. Got up to wash my hands, that was a challenge of its own. Could barely walk or stand from the pain/cramps. With minute two, I become nauseated, begin to have cold sweats, felt lightheaded. I felt that my body was going into shock. The paint was so severe, I was considering calling 911. After taking two sips of water, I had to go back to the toilet. I threw up immensely.The level 10 pain lasted a good 10 minutes before dropping to a level 8. By then, I managed to crawl into my bed. I begin to search on how to counter react a laxative. All I found was Reddit answers. Sound like there was nothing to do other than to go through the process. Another 10 minutes later before the pain level drop to a six. Went to the bathroom couple more times. It took a full hour before the cramps subsided enough to just feel pain instead of feeling like I am dying.At 7:30am, cramps woke me up reaching a level 4 in pain. Finally, I had the… run to the bathroom & dump effect. Cramps drop to level 2. Two more times, rushing to the bathroom before cramps subsided. The 4am experience has me traumatized. And there are 997 pills left in the bottle, lol.If I ever do this again, I will only take one pill.
