CHEVY GM 8.5" 10-Bolt Ring and Pinion 4.10/4.11 Ratio Gears & Master Bearing/Install Kit

The 4:11 fits great only issue I had was the bearings was a little too small for the posi unit which was a summit racing brand

It came great and all, packaging was great, the quality seems good. Make sure you verify whether it is a 8.5 or 8.6!!!! Shims matter!!!! I made the mistake of ordering a 8.5 and now I have to fork over 30$ for new shims. Also consider buying more lock-tite if you undo the Ring and Carrier more than once. So far the rebuild process is okay, nothing against the company, we’ll see how it performs this month though!

It was recommended that I purchased this bearing kit with the posi center section I ordered. It said that it was supposed to be the correct fit for my application, but only 2 of the bearings would fit. It was a complete waste of my money. When I reached out to the company they did nothing for me. I didn’t install any of it myself I took it to a professional shop and had it installed. Only thing that fits properly was the center section or posi.
