Received a broken case. Looks used and mishandled.

Some cassettes are not working. Don’t know since I used it now and cannot ask for replacement also

This is my second review, I made an error before giving 1 star, my DYMO machine was the issue not the cartridge, but nowhere in troubleshooting dymo products did it have my machine issue. my issue was there was a thin film of black tape wound around where the printing of the tape is supposed to feed through. After checking YouTube I pressed this button inside to see if the feed was working and it was, so not that problem, then I noticed a little wisher of movement at the area where the tape is supposed to feed through. I got a locking tweezers and began to pull this film like black tape out and after many attempts I got it all out, the printer cartridge in and it worked perfectly. Sorry for my error, I did try several times to troubleshoot, and no dymo or YouTube video showed my issue. ANYWAY the DYMO company number I contacted offered to send me another printer cartridge and I want to make sure I revised my review to reflect the new reality. Ps I’m a senior citizen, so I’m pretty impressed i was able to troubleshoot this myself. Thanks
