Great fit, I am 6’3 and 34 waist, medium tall was perfect fit. Great thing is that it’s not completely polystyrene, it has cotton as well which makes it feel more comfortable and breathable.

I ordered these for my new job and I haven't bought scrubs before so I just ordered the same size as what I would get for sports clothing or sweat pants. These run really big I am 6'2 230 pounds and the large longs literally cover up my feet they are so long. They are very comfortable and came quick but I just wanted to add this to the review for anyone else that might not have bought scrubs before.

These pants fit as expected with a true 32 inch inseam. Comfortable. Would have liked it in a fabric that was slightly lighter in weight for the tropical climate. Well made.
