Not the same shoe I had before.
I had a pair of Naturalizers that looked just like this one, except the interior was a red color. Anyway, THOSE shoes were amazing! From the first day I put them on I loved them. The leather was so soft and the cushion on was like walking on a cloud. And I wore them A LOT! Everyday, for miles I'd walk in those shoes. But as time wore on so did the soles of my shoes. I looked everywhere in hopes of finding them again. When I saw these I thought I had found a replacement! Not exactly. The cushion in the shoe is not nearly as soft, and the sole is a little firmer too. The toe box of the shoe is squared at the top and not as rounded as my first pair. What's more, the leather of the shoe is not nearly as supple/soft so I am getting small irritations on my little toes. I've been trying to break them in to get them to be as comfortable as their predecessor but I just do not see that happening. So, while I will keep this pair, it is NOT what I was expecting.

Used to be great...now seems like inferior leather
I'm very upset, because I used to love these shoes. I've been buying them for the past five or six years. I have narrow feet and the narrow size fits me perfectly, and they have always been very comfortable. I would wear them all the time, even for long walks. I have sensitive arches, so that is saying a lot about how comfortable they were for me. They were very durable, and I would wear the same pair for a year or two until I wore the rubber soles down and had to buy a new pair. The leather always continued to look great, even after a year or two. Sadly, the pair I bought in October is not the same quality as all of my previous pairs. After a few months, the leather has started peeling horribly, and it's my understanding that real leather doesn't peel like this; someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't think that was supposed to happen. Also the shoes are not as comfortable, meaning they have remained tight and stiff and have started to give me corns on my toes which I've never had before. I don't want to accuse the company of using bicast leather or some other inferior product, but I'm pretty sure this pair is not real leather. Maybe I just got a bad pair? I'm reluctant to ever order them again though. I'm extremely disappointed, as these were my favorite shoes for my difficult-to-fit feet. I'm now overseas where I can't find narrow shoes, and I'm stuck with embarrassingly peeling and uncomfortable shoes. Thankfully, I had an old pair in the closet and I'm wearing those instead...

Strap not good for wide feet
I have another pair of Naturalizer mary jane flats in a slightly different style that I absolutely love. I needed a black pair, so I thought I would try these. I wear a 7W. In the other shoe, that is perfect. These fit fine in the shoe part, but the strap is much too tight. It's as if they adjusted the shoe dimensions for a wide width but just slapped on the strap from a regular width shoe. The elasticated part seems very, very tight, and I hope it will stretch out over time. I might have to take them to a cobbler to have the elastic replaced with a longer piece. Also, the button detail is too obviously fake because of its placement. It's too far towards the middle of the strap to look real - why on earth didn't they put it closer to the side of the shoe, where a functioning button would actually be? Not super-impressed with these.

Perfect once they're broken in
These are my go-to walking shoes for the city. They're cute, work well with jeans or dresses, and most importantly, they're incredibly comfortable after they've been broken in. For your first couple of miles, wear socks and get them nice and stretched out - I didn't do this with my first pair and they were very uncomfortable for walking far distances until a month or so in. The toe area especially can be a little on the narrow side, but this problem goes right away for me as the shoes stretch out.I wear these around Boston and walk tons, and they last about a year before the soles are destroyed - which is longer than all my other flats for sure. Definitely recommend.

Purchased size 8 C/D (Wide) - Soooo tight!
I'm really bummed because these shoes are very cute. Like others have stated, the square-ish tips of these shoes are a nice touch, especially for someone with wide feet like me.However, I am so disappointed that they run entirely too small. These suckers are squeezing my feet so much, I'm having a hard time believing they are a wide size. Adding to that, the top strap is also squeezing my foot so that my feet have a muffin top look! It's just awful. I am suffering through wearing them with socks as I type this to see if I can stretch them out. If I'm successful, I will update this review.

Nice shoes
Bought these for my better half, as she got a new job and needed to be presentable in a business setting. These look fantastic, and she says they are quite comfortable. She has a hard time buying comfortable shoes, as she has a wide foot, and large for a woman. She normally wears a 10-11. The 11 WW fit her perfectly, so I suppose they might run a tad bit large?Regardless, they are stylish, comfortable, and they can go with business or casual. Also, because of the cream/light tan stitching, we are thinking these would work with either black or brown outfits. Very versatile. Will be trying more 'Naturalizer' shoes in the future, as these fit the bill perfectly, which is a rarity in this house.

I've always found Naturalizer to be comfortable but these were stiff
I returned them. The right and the left shoes were manufactured noticeably different, and I'm not that observant nor do I typically care that much, but it was enough that I returned them. I've always found Naturalizer to be comfortable but these were stiff, narrow, and uncomfortable. I tried wearing them around the house a bit to see if they'd loosen up but after less than ten minutes I decided that I wouldn't be able to stand them long enough to see how that played out, they were just TOO uncomfortable.

If you're looking for a real WW shoe, look elsewhere.
I ordered these shoes is an 8.5WW. To me, a WW means that the entire ball of my foot should fit on the sole of the shoe rather than having a huge part of it overhang the edge of the sole. As far as I can tell, they just used the same sole that they used for the medium width and added some extra leather. In other words, they're really not W shoes, much less WW.
