Hard to add or remove weight
The ankle weight in general is a good item. The ability to change weight from .5 lb to 2.5 per ankle is a plus. My issue is the difficulty in taken the weights out of the pouches. I have not tried to reinsert as yet but I am guessing it will the same hassle.

Nice weights, but not for beginners
Well made ankle weights, but were too heavy for me to use as someone who was just getting back into fitness. If you haven’t been exercising, these might not be a good first choice.
