I like taking this before bed just to give my body with fuel to recover better at night after working out

I usually don’t write reviews but HAD to for this one. I don’t like casein for its texture, but I still have it for the muscle building benefits. This casein is almost the same texture as whey!! Love it! Perfect for my evening proats 😋

Allmax makes great supplements. i’ve been using isoflex for a few years now. tastes great and it’s one of the best proteins ingredient wise on the market. this casein is no different. worth the price.

Maltodextrin is a poison it's worse than your insulin spikes them raw sugar.

Product tastes great. I'm not sure why there's so many complaints on it not mixing well. I use a blender bottle and it always mixes smooth.

I’ve been using this mainly for baking and it’s been great — works really well in protein pancakes, muffins, or mixed into oats. Adds a nice chocolate flavor and a good texture once cooked or mixed into thicker recipes. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for regular shakes. I tried mixing it with milk and it came out pretty grainy and sandy, no matter how much I shook it. Not the smoothest drinking experience.

Casien. Slow digestive high quality protien. Does it work? Ontop of training like a lunatic and diet with recovery.. couldn't hurt. Taste, no where as good as Whey, doesn't mix as well. Shake the st out of it, you'll be fine, sunshine.

I really tried to like it... but it doesn't mix well and it taste awful. I don't recommend. Sorry

I can compare it only with Canadian Protein casein and this one has better taste but it is way more pricey.
