I am looking for an alternate from taking ibuprofen all the time. I think this help a bit, but when you are a person who has chronic pain, you will do whatever for even a small amount of relief. Perhaps all the things you do will add up to a larger percentage of pain relief, after all. I like this supplements and will continue to add to my daily regime. I have also added Amazon Elements turmeric supplement to help up the turmeric portion to see if this helps a bit more. Hopefully I don't turn orange or something.I will say that I get a bit of heartburn with these, but I also take my multi's at night, so I take my daily vitamins with a glass of water, then 2 Tums, and continue with my nightly routine. Just something to be aware of.
