Top Class product that I've bought for all my cars & bikes that I've owned over the years, I can't recommend this product enough to anyone. It really is a no brainer, the million mile warranty is a winner for sure. Fitting it to a VW Up! however is a little tricky as the 4 rear bolts to the back of the airbox are very hard to get to and are each prone to dropping into the engine pan. Take your time and don't rush as once you've got the cover off it's as easy as popping out the old filter and popping in the new one, secure the airbox lid with the 8 screws and your done and ready to motor. I haven't notice that much in the way of extra MPG but the throttle response does seem a little smoother and has a tiny bit ore go!

Te permite hacer al filtro un millón de millas , tan solo limpiarlo, perfecto para Madrid . Le notas "algo" más alegre pero lo importante es que lo amortizas rápido

Ich habe diesen K&N an einem VW Up! verbaut und es macht sich sofort in einer maximalen Leistungsabgabe bemerkbar, laut Popometer sind es bestimmt 20 - 30 PS, wenn nicht sogar 40 PS mehr, das Ganze noch in Verbindung mit anderen Auspuffblenden von ATU und aufgeklebten Racing-Streifen und es gibt nochmal 20 PS mehr! Die Leistungsentfaltung und diese Drehmomentkurve sind ein Traum und der Up! fährt nun 240 Spitze! Ich habe noch weitere Filter bestellt um diese in Reihe zu schalten und die Leistung so noch weiter zu erhöhen. Die Montage eines Bremsfallschirms wird dann aber zwingend nötig sein! So wird der Up! zum Porschekiller!Spaß beiseite: Ich habe leider keinen wirklichen Unterschied zwischen einem sauberen originalen Filter und dem K&N feststellen können. An einem Motorrad ist der Effekt wesentlich stärker zu vernehmen. Ich habe den Filter auch nicht zur Leistungssteigerung erworben, sondern der Umwelt zuliebe als wiederverwendbarer Filter, der das Fahrzeug den restlichen Weg begleiten darf. Die Montage ist einfach, lediglich ein paar Schrauben lösen, Deckel anheben, Filter tauschen und wieder festschrauben. Ein Hexenwerk ist das nicht.
