I've been taking this Vitamin C supplement for years now and have noticed a MASSIVE improvement in my health. I used to get sick all the time and ever since I started taking this supplement regularly my immune system has gotten so much stronger and I'm hardly ever sick. Be careful with these.I take a lot of vitamins and these are the only ones that get stuck so have to make sure and take extra water.Otherwise, an exceptional product from and exceptional company!
