Nature's Bounty Gummies with Biotin, Strawberry, 140 Ct

I've been taking these gummies for a few weeks now and I can definitely see a difference in the strength of my nails and the shine of my hair. The strawberry flavor is pleasant, but I find them a bit too sugary for daily use. They are easy to chew and don’t upset my stomach, which is a plus. Overall, I’m happy with the product, but I wish they had a sugar-free option.

I love these vitamins. First, they taste great and are very easy to eat not too chewy at all. I have also noticed an improvement with my hair. It is definitely not an immediate effect but after taking these for over 6 months I really do feel that I have noticed my hair health improving so much so that even friends and family have commented on how my hair looks healthier.

5 stars for taste. I've been taking the pill form of this for about 6 months. I don't see a difference in my nails or hair. In fact my nails seem worse than ever. They are dry and brittle causing me to keep the really short so they don't crack.As for my hair, nothing. It is still thinning, I can't tell if there is any new growth.

Never been big on taking vitamins but these easy to chew gummies make it really easy. They have a great flavor, and I have really noticed my nails feeling stronger and breaking less. I am hoping for more hair growth the longer I use the product.

Too sticky. Cannot get them out of container.

I wasn’t sure if it was working because I was forgetting to take them at first but one day I thought my hair was looking frizzy…it was all the new growth popping up! And I didn’t think it would work for my nails because they’re destroyed from a gel allergy but they’re strong and growing too. I now make sure to take them everyday and have noticed so much of a difference.

Decided to give it a try and was surprised with the results! I've definitely noticed an increase in my hair growth, but the only con is that EVERY hair grows 🤣
