ive had them for 6 years, working wonderfully. It helps with tight muscles and tissues. They are really hard and better than other soft plastic foam.

Brilliantly and the quality is great. I suffer with a bad back and siatica. My small peanut I cannot do without it, for whenever I finish doing a strenuous chore like gardening, sometimes my lower back flares up as well as my siatica. When I'm done, I just take out my small peanut have it up against the wall and start the massaging process, it really hits the spot exactly perfectly against my lower back and my piriformis muscle, when I'm finish using it my back area feels so loose *sigh* These rollers are a godsend, I'm so glad they sold both sizes thank you🙏🏾 and I purchased them. Well done that person for creating this xo

What would have made these perfect is if they had a rubber coating. I suppose it is visible in the description but for the price I was expecting more than just polystyrene. To put it in perspective the last R/C toy car I bought had more polystyrene in the box as free packaging. I could have gone to Hobbycraft and gotten 2 polystyrene christmas baubles to do the same. But even with those flaws and the fact my dog could destroy either one in minutes they do work really well. I was worried that they would flatten under my weight on a solid floor and it does feel like they compress. So far they still look the same so maybe they are designed just right. So far they are working great but I don't trust they will last as long as other massaging aids I've bought recently. I'm glad I bought them for my back, both have managed to target muscles I could not reach with anything else and rolling on each one for one week has loosened up those areas really well. So effectiveness is 4 stars, they don't have much grip so on a hard floor they can slip. Longlastingness is dubious but it's more important that they work well and there is no complaint there.

Good for lower back trigger points, especially the smaller one. Styrene material deforms and becomes slightly oval with use. Would have been better if they were formed from something solid in the core with a rubber/silicone outer that had better elastic properties.

Love these peanut rollers! Highly recommend this for any back shoulder issues. Two sizes can be used for different areas. Even my partner has started using the peanut for his back issues too!

Die Massagebälle sind sehr zu empfehlen bei Verspannungen und Muskelbeschwerden bzw. schmerzhaften Faszienverklebungen. Die Idee, die Wirbelsäule auszulassen und nur die betreffenden Stellen zu rollen ist sehr effizient. Schön wäre noch eine kurze Beschreibung bzw. Anleitung zum entspannten Atmen, da die Anwendung sehr effektiv und auch schmerzhaft sein kann - damit man sich nicht verspannt. Der kleine Beutel ist auch sehr praktisch - das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super und die Bälle wurden schnell, im angegebenen Zeitfenster geliefert.
