Easy installation. Works great
Bought this to replace a broken sash. My house was built 2003 I was hoping that this would be compatible and it 100% was. This made installation very easy without having to drill any additional holes. Quality is good. Works well. Would buy this product again

Love the locks but unfortunately my windows are not incorrectly hahahaso I can't use them I will find some other way to use them thanks

Works but only close fit for Pella lock
I needed to replace a broken Pella lock. The hole pattern was not the same, so needed to redrill. Was able to repair the window and it is holding up well.

Worth it
We got a price from window mfg to replace the broken lock. Looked around and found this. It works well, seems fairly secure. It screwed in and lined up with the old holes. Was easy to replace the old one.
