A Great Travel Cane
I bought this cane for a business trip to Florida. My normal cane is wood and not airline friendly. This cane is perfect for me. It actually collapses, not fold, but collapse, each section sliding into the one above it when the pins are released. This not only makes the cane STURDY, it also makes it small and easy to manage when collasped. No need for a rubber or velcro band or pouch to keep it the folded sections in check. The cane easily adjusted for my height, 5'11", and keeps the height adjustment between extensions and collapses so there is no need to reset it. Also, the cane looks good and received several positive comments on my trip. I have found that now that I am back home, I grab this cane to go out in the yard even though my trusty wooden cane is near by.

No tip replacement
Great little keen, but when the tip wears out, you cannot get another tip you have to buy a whole new cane.Following the directions, I found the adjustability of the cane excellent.

Good, sturdy, effective and convenient to use. Very portable indeed.
A little pricey but the quality was good. Watch the video on the website before using - otherwise you will think there is a manufacturing defects when the studs you use to lengthen may look as though faulty.

Sturdy cane is best I've ever had, pocket or not!
Once or twice a year I experience BPV (benign positional vertigo) so I wanted a sturdy packable cane that I could pull out when I needed it - this cane telescopes down to a compact fourteen inch tube - much more packable than folding canesThis cane has a great feature that I've never encountered before - it is able to support weight when not fully deployed. It can support weight at intermediate points of roughly 14 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches and the fully deployed length of about 36 inches. The shorter lengths make it easier to do things like getting out of a chair. The length of the cane when fully deployed is adjustable by several inches. II takes a couple of minutes but you only do it once. After doing it once the cane will stop at the selected point every time you fully deploy the cane. Process is described pretty well in the supplied written instructions though I also watched the video on youtube, which I found more informative than the video on amazon's product page (search for "Foldawheel Pocket Cane an Ultra Compact Walking Cane with, Comfortable T Handles")One caveat - the handle is a nice shape and fits my hand, but it isn't soft. I actually prefer a non-soft handle, because they don't wear.

No reliable mechanism. Now won’t collapse.
Worked fine for the few times I extended it in the first 3 months but when I attempted to collapse it today it just jammed up. The internals are not reliable. So, I have a $50. Cane that was used maybe 20 times total. It looks neat but you can’t depend it. If I can get it to work I’ll update this review.

not your everyday cane
The cane collapses to fit in tote bags. The instructions were partially helpful: I had to work things out by trial and error. Recently used it for a walk around the block and realized that it feels heavy and I find the handle uncomfortable. I will be searching for a lighter more comfortable collapsible cane. The color choices are fun.

Terrific Combo of Sturdiness and Portability
With an easy squeeze, this cane contracts to just over a foot long--small enough to tuck into a standard daypack. With an even quicker tug, it extends to a full 36-inch cane (in my case). Upon receipt, its extension length can be customized with great precision. Its tubular construction is durable, strong, and scuff and scratch-resistant. The handle is smooth and, despite its unusual shape, clearly designed ergonomically. Although I haven't yet walked on a pitch-dark road facing traffic, I have no doubt that the yellow reflector on the leading side of the handle will mark my presence. (I'll no doubt have more than that if I do take to the nation's blue highways on foot.)All in all, this is brilliant walking device for someone whose replacement hip surgery came a cropper. I'll get to use it as a convalescent following revision surgery in December. Look for a second report and wish me well this time around.

I tell everyone about the cane.
This is the absolute best cane that I've ever owned as I can collapse it and .It is so good that people LITERALLY STOLE TWO FROM ME.My only complaint is that the reflector falls off and I don't know why I can't get it to stay properly and now it is lost... again. Also the product information isn't right, the company is Wheelchair 88.
