Great way to get your vitamin DHave used for years and would recommend

My doctor recommended my taking a liquid form of vitamin D3 together with vitamin K2. Evidentally, they work better together. I'm getting old, but I don't get sick!

Love that this also has vitamin k so your body can absorb the vitamin d. Both me and my newborn take this daily. Easy to administer. Has absolutely no taste or aftertaste.

After I was advised to have my vitamin D checked while taking on Cancer, by my supplemental pushing friends, I got a test for it from the Doc. I was 15! About half of normal when I should be up to 60 or so. I began by taking 10 drops a day, 5 two times daily, and after one month my Vitamin D is up to 44! So, while I am not a supplement Queen by any means, and some of the dissenting science is compelling (how can it be so essential if it’s nearly impossible to get from the diet?) my numbers say this works, so I am saying also.

My doctor recommended I take this specific supplement after my blood test results came in. My D wasn't too low but she wanted me to switch from my tablets to this. After about two weeks of 10 drops a day, I noticed my nails. Typically, they're very short because they're so thin and brittle. My nails are currently growing in strong and smooth. I can't get over it... Having strong nails is not something I am used to and I hope it lasts forever! I didn't expect it - so it's quite amazing. :)

I hate pills so these drops are a perfect supplement. My D3 levels have been great since I started using 3 years ago.

I have been taking this product since March 2024- today is September 29,2024. I had bloodwork done 2 days ago and my Vitamin D level has decreased by 11 points- it is now considered “ insufficient “. Wish I could give it negative stars.
