I've been on a quest for seed-oil free mayonnaise. Other olive oils I've tried have made dreadful mayo, but this one! THIS ONE! Makes fabulous, wonderful mayonnaise.

Ditch the butter
Love cooking with this. I prepare all my breakfast with this instead of using butter. Keeps the natural flavor of eggs or other breakfast items. I usually find that when you cook with butter everything you cook tastes like butter.
