I needed to replace the sprayers after two years, don't buy Kohler model
This arrived on time. Easy replacement for sprayer that went well. I'm happy with this purchase but wouldn't buy this type of faucet again. Kohler dropped the ball on this faucet, broke after two years.

When you need it, you need it!
I love my Kohler faucet with this wide fan spray head. I've had it for about 7 years or so and it wasn't until just this last year that the spray head would get really stuck in one position or the other, but often in the midway position -- part spray, part stream. I'd have to force the lever back to get solid stream or solid spray. For a while, it was working to remove the entire spray head and soak it in very hot water for 15 minutes or so. It would melt the gunk probably stuck deep inside the sprayer that blocks the natural motion of the lever. Each time I did this, it worked like new for a few months and then I'd have to do it again. Eventually, this method stopped working. So if this is new problem for you (and I assume you wouldn't be on here looking for a replacement if your sprayer was working fine), then try the hot water soak first and you may get another 12 months or so of out of it. If you end up on here buying a new one, know that this spray head is a perfect match, high quality replacement. Is it worth over $50? Absolutely not. They've got you by the peanuts on this one because it's ridiculously overpriced, but certainly cheaper than buying a new faucet. The new head is installed and problem resolved in less than 60 seconds! If you need it, you need it.

Last option solution
Tried everything, from soaking in several solutions, to dismantling my seven-year-old Kohler spray head. Seems replacement is the only viable solution. Old head water flow was spotty and made a high-pitched whinny sound. I did not want to spend $50 on a questionable solution as I could not find anything wrong with the old head upon close inspection. Replaced head and problem solved.

Working reliably several years after replacement
Perfect replacement part of my kitchen faucet, which has been working great for several years now. It's unfortunate that the manufacturer designed this faucet so that it would require a part replacement like this, but at least they don't make replacing it a bigger pain than it needs to be.

Works but this has been breaking about every 3/4 months
I have bought about 3 of these now since I installed the facet that comes with this head. when it works it's great. when it starts to break (in the toggle switch to go from the 2 modes) it starts to stick between modes and makes the head not work anymore. is it worth $40 plus? No, how often I need to fix it. Again, we are always in the kitchen and cleaning in the sink and so forth, so this gets a lot of use, but it should fall apart in a few months either way.

Perfect
Needed a new one for our RV because we were out in west Texas for so long it got mucked up with calcium deposit. Cleaned the old one numerous time until it just wasn't worth it. Ordered this one and now faucet works like it's brand new. Might need to order a second one to have on hand!

Fits the Costco Kohler Provo
Fits the Kohler Provo semi pro model. Purchased at Costco 2 years ago and the original head broke due to cheap plastic. This head is a LITTLE better but still feels like it will break sooner rather than later. Expensive relative to quality but beats a complete replacement.
