I got the 60cm one and placed it across the road. In our case it is too small to see cars clearly so I'm ordering the 80cm one. Not a criticism of the product, just might be of interest to people reading this.It is affixed to what I think is a standard sized pole. The clamp is a little big for it. I put a couple of layers of duct tape under the clamp and it fits tightly.The image is clear. The material is flexible, which means it is unlikely to break. So far there has been zero condensation on it, but it's possible this is more to do with the time of year than the material. It looks fine.

Overall , this wide angle mirror works quite well . I read previous feed - back from other customers before I purchased it. That feed -back was generally positive, so is mine !I would agree the mirror surface is seemingly fragile, but I would also say it is very clear and bright. There is some reduction in the size of the objects in the image but the wide field of view is very useful in my particular setting.The mountings are simple, and with a little tinkering can be adapted to most sites . Adjustment of setting angle is simple .A good value item which works for me!

I got this to put in my garden so that I could see my dogs in areas of the garden which can't be seen directly from the windows. It works for this purpose but only just. The issue is the distance. My dogs are quite large and I can see them when the mirror is about 10 metres from the window. That is about the limit though.The mirror is convex and so the image is naturally a bit distorted, but the surface is very reflective and it does give a nice clear picture apart from that.I attached it to a square 450 x 450 mm wooden post and just rounded the edges a bit. I found it easy to put up.I don't use it to see traffic on a road, but if I needed a mirror for that purpose, I would definitely buy another one of these.

Very happy with this. Great price compared to local retailers. Easy fit. Does exactly what’s needed. Wouldn’t say hugely sturdy but easy install

I've used these for years and have found they last for so longdepending on number of cars etc passing and the mirror getsblasted with grit.I have a pole which is solid in the ground and any I buy I'mcareful to make sure they are suitable.In terms of safety. Staying safe is priceless. I find they lastwith me about a year or so.

The good news is that it's a nice mirror and does the job well enough for a very good price. The bad news is that the back of it is VERY orange and therefore a bit of an eyesore in a rural location. Fortunately a spray can of black automotive paint from the pound shop dealt with that fairly easily before the neighbours had a chance to complain.

Just what I wanted!The red hood protects from the rain and looks good !

Excellent delivery.However I have had to get a larger size.
